There were 78 new schemes added last week with a total amount available of £2,335,525.
The amounts available range from £25 to £1,000,000.
Money is available for the following funding purposes: Buildings and Renovation, Business Growth, Business Innovation, Energy Efficiency, Overseas Markets Development, Purchasing Equipment, Recruit and Develop Staff, Starting a Business and Working Capital.
Money is available for the following business types: Academic, Large Business, Medium Business, Micro Business, Research Organisation, Small Business and Start-ups.
Top 10 Funding Opportunities:
Defence Innovation Loans 2025/25 (May 2025)
This scheme is providing loans with a below market interest rate of 7.4% per annum for SMEs to help them convert their mature defence innovation into a strong business proposition for defence procurement.
UK Japan Civil Nuclear Research Programme 2025
This scheme is providing funding for research into accelerating and advancing nuclear science including decommissioning relevant to Fukushima and Sellafield.
UK Global Screen Fund: International Business Development (June 2025)
This scheme is providing grants for UK screen content businesses across film, TV, animation and interactive narrative video games to help them enhance their international activities. The Film Transformation Track provides funding for internationally focused transformational business strategies related to independent UK film. The General Track provides funding for business strategies to create, acquire and/or exploit intellectual property (IP), covering all eligible screen sectors, for increased international revenue, audiences and profile.
Harvesting and Processing Grant (March 2026)
This scheme is providing grants for forestry businesses to invest in new specialised equipment to the local small-scale harvesting and processing capacity and undertake afforestation ground preparation projects in England and Wales. Funding is available for harvesting and primary processing equipment, secondary processing equipment, nursery, seed supply and ground preparation equipment and deer larders.
