BlueActionBANOS Open Call for Community-Led Actions
This Open Call will support 5-15 Community-Led Actions led by area-based or interest-based stakeholder groups proposing impactful solutions that are innovative for their community, aimed at achieving one or several interlinked Mission Ocean and Waters objectives in the Baltic and North Sea basin. Entities should be registered in Baltic and North Sea basin (BANOS) countries. Applicants from EU Member State and Horizon Europe Associated Countries outside the BANOS area will be eligible in special cases, where justified. This is a cascade funding scheme.
TASC-RestoreMed Open Call Type A: Community-Led Actions (CLA) – Building Acquisition and Renovation
Through its Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP), the TASC-RestoreMed project is inviting applications to co-develop, demonstrate, and replicate innovative solutions that restore and sustainably manage Europe’s seas and waters. The Scale-up and Deployment Call aims to empower communities to implement and scale high-impact innovations that restore ecosystems, reduce pollution, and advance the Mediterranean blue transition. Activities must take place in the Mediterranean basin.

SoS2LearnDBS’s Open Call for Community-Led Actions to Restore Danube-Black Sea Waters (OC-CLed-SoS2LearnDBS-2025)
The Call aims to support projects that empower local communities to take an active role in addressing environmental and societal challenges through the implementation of grassroots solutions by small consortia of regional partners. Eligible projects can include, but are not limited to, marine habitat restoration projects, plastic pollution reduction initiatives and sustainable fisheries programs. UK companies cannot be a consortium leader, but can be a consortium partner.
