There were 31 new schemes added last week with a total amount available of £5,368,998.

The amounts available range from £10,000 to £999,999.

Money is available for the following funding purposes: Buildings and Renovation, Business Growth, Business Innovation, Energy Efficiency, Overseas Markets Development, Purchasing Equipment and Working Capital.

Money is available for the following business types: Academic, Medium Business, Micro Business, Research Organisation, Small Business and Start-ups.

Ynni Cymru: Capital Grant Funding Programme (June 2025) – Energy Efficient Equipment

This scheme is providing capital funding to support to support the development and delivery of Smart Local Energy Systems (SLES) across Wales. There are two funding pathways. The first provides £25,000 – £149,999 per project for simple SLES projects with tangible community benefits. The second provides £150,000 – £999,999.99 per project for larger, replicable or future-looking SLES.

The Protein Crops Scheme (PCS) is an additional payment to farmers for growing beans, peas and sweet lupins. Farmers do not have to claim Farm Sustainability Transition Payment in order to be eligible for this scheme.

Researchers can apply for funding to generate critical data that builds confidence in developing a new or repurposed medicine, medical device, diagnostic test, or other medical intervention.
