There were 56 new schemes added last week with a total amount available of £126,692,500.

The amounts available range from £1,000 to £20,000,000.

Money is available for the following funding purposes: Buildings and Renovation, Business Growth, Business Innovation, Energy Efficiency, Purchasing Equipment, Recruit and Develop Staff, Starting a Business and Working Capital.

Money is available for the following business types: Academic, Large Business, Medium Business, Micro Business, Research Organisation, Small Business and Start-ups.

The DRIVE35 Innovation Fund aims to support R&D projects that design, develop and manufacture strategically important technologies in the automotive sector. This strand will support late stage collaborative research and development projects.

This Fund aims to drive growth in the advanced manufacturing and materials sectors, helping unlock innovation in Greater Manchester. The funding either be used for working capital requirements such as salaries and operational expenses or to facilitate the acquisition of tangible and intangible capital assets. Short term debt funding can be used to help bridge short-term funding gaps which are inhibiting growth, providing working capital secured by way of a debenture.

Long term debt funding can be used for growth capital, asset purchase, adoption of Advanced Manufacturing techniques and enabling production and/or rollout of sustainable materials.
