The amounts available range from £4,000 to £4,000,000.
Money is available for the following funding purposes: Buildings and Renovation, Business Growth, Business Innovation, Purchasing Equipment and Recruit and Develop Staff.
Money is available for the following business types: Academic, Large Business, Medium Business, Micro Business, Research Organisation and Small Business.

Quantum computing applications for large scale impact: CR&D – Research and Development
Funding is available to develop and implement high impact quantum software applications to realise the commercial value and broader social value of near term quantum computers. Projects must focus on real world problems of industrial, economic, public sector or societal relevance.
Lawtech Grant Competition Phase III
The competition aims to support the development and adoption of technology which will increase access to legal services and aim to reduce unmet legal need. Applicants may be sole legal entities or consortia, joint ventures (JVs), unincorporated associations or partnerships.
Accelerating adoption of quantum enabled sensing and PNT – Research and Development
Funding is available to accelerate the adoption of quantum enabled position, navigation, and timing (PNT) and sensing technologies by addressing specific technical and commercial barriers.
Farming Futures R&D fund: Automation and Robotics Round 2 – Research and Development
Funding is available for collaborative projects with ambitious solutions for robotics and automation in agriculture, horticulture and forestry across the UK. Challenges can include improving productivity, resource use efficiency, crop and animal health and food quality and traceability.
Ultra Long Duration Energy Storage Project Development Studies – Research and Development
Funding is available to support the development, scale-up, and UK manufacture of electrochemical ultra long duration energy storage (ULDES) technologies. These ULDES technologies must be capable of delivering cost effective electrical power to the UK’s electricity grid with a discharge availability of at least 100 continuous hours. They must also achieve a working life of at least 25 years.
Competition: Innovation Support to Operations (Cycle 8)
This competition is seeking innovative, cost competitive proposals for solutions and techniques that are designed for manufacture and scalable in twelve-months. Proposals should address one of five challenge areas: Counter UAS Interceptor Sensors, One-way Attack UAS Seeker, Platform Survivability, Telemetry Data and Maritime Autonomous Navigation.
BBSRC Brazil Pump-Priming Award (FAPPA)
The Brazil pump-priming awards are for BBSRC-supported researchers and consortia of academics to pump-prime interactions with State of São Paulo Research Foundation scientists in Brazil.
