New Grants Added This Week – 22nd October 2023 to 29th October 2023

There were 173 new schemes added last week with a total amount available of £1,898,500.

The amounts available range from £2,500 to £700,000.

Money is available for the following funding purposes: Buildings and Renovation, Business Growth, Business Innovation, Energy Efficiency, Purchasing Equipment, Recruit and Develop Staff, Starting a Business and Working Capital.

Money is available for the following business types: Large Business, Medium Business, Micro Business, Small Business and Start-ups.

Top 10 Funding Opportunities:

Planet Fund

The Fund is targeting Pre-Series A companies that are building 100x technologies that deliver circular, regenerative and resilient system change across the planet’s systems.

The Creator Fund

The fund is investing in student, academic, and recent graduate founders in the AI, Deep Tech, and Life Science sectors as well as providing the support they need to scale their business.

Batch Ventures

Businesses working on baking-related products can access a free business support programme as well as investment to help them scale their brands.

G-Force

The fund is investing in pre/seed stage climate tech start-ups to help them operate for 1-2 years as they find a clear product market fit and underpin their business with strong foundations for scale. The areas the fund focuses on include decarbonising the grid, fixing food and agriculture, electrifying transportation, cleaning up industry and buildings and protecting nature and removing carbon.

Deep Tech Incubator

The Incubator is targeting start-ups developing an innovative product, technology, or process in the areas of physical science, material science, data science, artificial intelligence, advanced engineering, advanced manufacturing, and robotics.

West Midlands SME Grant Programme – Round 8 – Business Growth

The scheme aims to support start-ups and existing SMEs. The funding can support projects including new start-ups, expanding and growing existing businesses, inward investment, developing new markets, innovation, capital investment, increasing productive capacity of new and existing premises and digital projects.
