Introduction
According to an annual survey from Atom Content Marketing, 66% of small business owners and sole traders believe their business is going to perform better in 2024 than they did in the previous year. 53% of businesses are planning to carry out growth activities by increasing their marketing spend and 29% of businesses consider themselves at a growth stage and are looking at different ways to expand.
One such way for businesses to carry out growth activities is to get a financial injection by applying for a business growth grant. As well as spending on marketing, other eligible activities include strategic growth planning, software and website development, new product and service launches and expanding into new market areas.
Businesses can typically access growth funding and additional support from providers in their local area or from a national provider.
