Introduction
In March 2022, the UK Government announced its largest ever research and development (R&D) budget for the period of 2022-2025 at £39.8bn. This means that a significant amount of this money has been made available in the form of innovation grants aimed at businesses who are working in high tech sectors or looking to transform other industries to focus on the UK becoming a world leading hub in manufacturing, transportation, digital, fintech and other sectors.
